How To: Style Your Body Type

We’re extremely excited to roll-out our body guide in hopes that it makes shopping online for your body type a little easier. First thing first, how do you know which one you are!? There are five different kinds – rectangle, hourglass, pear, apple and inverted triangle . . .

You’re rectangle if . . . you not particularly curvy | your shoulders and hip measurements are nearly the same | your waist isn’t very small or well-defined, rather straight up and down | your weight is fairly evenly distributed throughout your body

You’re hourglass if . . . you’d describe your body as curvy | your bust and hip measurements are roughly even | you have a well-defined waist | you may have fuller bust, hips and thighs

You’re pear if . . . you consider yourself to have fuller hips | you have narrower shoulders in comparison to your hips | your waist is wider than your bust | you have a fuller rear

You’re apple if . . . your thighs are the narrowest part of your body | little difference between the measurements of chest, waist and hips | you don’t have you don’t have a defined waist | your weight is distributed in your midsection

You’re inverted triangle if . . .you are not necessarily as curvy through your hips | your shoulders are broader than your hips | you don’t have a well defined waist (if you do you’re likely hourglass!) | you’re generally well proportioned
